These terms apply when you use the DORK website or apps, or buy from Mindwhile IT Solutions Private Limited, the company that owns and operates the DORK brand ("DORK", "we", "us"). By using DORK or placing an order you agree to them and to our Shipping, Delivery, Returns, Replacement, Refund, Cancellation, Warranty, Grievance and Privacy policies, which form part of these terms.

You log in with your mobile number and a one-time code, or with a password if you have set one. You're responsible for activity on your account — don't share login codes or your password with anyone. DORK staff will never ask you for a login code or password.

Provide accurate details. We may suspend accounts used for fraud or abuse.

Prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout. DORK sells its own products and products of other brands; each product page shows the actual brand and, where provided, the manufacturer or importer and country of origin. Product images may differ slightly from the actual product; specifications shown as confirmed on the product page are the ones we stand behind.

We try to keep prices and stock accurate. If a price or listing is clearly wrong, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

An order is a request to buy. It's confirmed when payment (or the COD booking amount) is received. Payment is processed by our payment gateway; we never store card details.

Coupons are subject to their stated conditions, one coupon per order, and can't be exchanged for cash. Coupons and combo deals don't stack — when both could apply, the one that saves you more is applied automatically.

Every offer shows its exact terms — the discount, any maximum, the minimum order and when it ends. Offers end at the time shown, may be limited in number, and apply only while the coupon is active. We may withdraw an offer that is being misused.

Delivery, cancellation, returns within 7 days of delivery, refunds and warranty are handled as described in the linked policies.

Business accounts are approved at DORK's discretion. Bulk prices shown in an approved business account and quotations are confidential to that business. Quotations are valid until the date stated on them. Unless a quotation says otherwise, quotation-based orders require a 30% advance with the balance before dispatch; bulk orders placed online in your business account are paid in full at the time of ordering.

The DORK name, logo, website and app design, text and graphics belong to Mindwhile IT Solutions Private Limited or are used with permission. Other brands' names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to identify their products. Please don't copy or reuse our content without written permission.

Don't misuse the website — no attempts to break security, scrape data, place fraudulent orders or interfere with other customers.

To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other laws that can't be excluded.

We aren't responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes, network outages or government restrictions. We'll keep you informed and, if an order can't be fulfilled, refund what you paid.

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Orders are governed by the terms in force when they were placed. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
