Delivery policy

After dispatch, delivery usually takes 2–5 working days after dispatch, depending on your PIN code. The product page and checkout show an estimated delivery date for your PIN before you order. Working days exclude Sundays and public holidays.

Estimated dates are estimates, not guarantees, but we'll always tell you if something changes.

Log in with your mobile number and open My orders, or use the order link from your confirmation, to see the order status. Once a delivery partner is assigned, the tracking page shows the partner name, the AWB / tracking number and a tracking link where available, with the time of each step.

COD is available only for products that offer it and only for PIN codes where our delivery partner supports it — checkout shows whether it's available for your order.

For COD orders, a booking amount shown at checkout is paid online to confirm the order; the remaining balance is paid to the delivery partner on delivery.

Please make sure someone is available at the delivery address. The delivery partner may call the phone number on your order.

Check that the outer packaging is intact before accepting the parcel. If it's damaged or opened, refuse delivery and contact us.

If the delivery partner can't complete delivery (no one available, address not found, phone unreachable), the tracking page will show "Delivery attempt unsuccessful". The partner will try again, or our team will contact you.

If the parcel is returned to us, we'll contact you to arrange re-delivery or a refund of the amount you paid.

Please check your address and PIN code carefully. If you notice a mistake after ordering, contact us straight away — we can correct it only before the order is dispatched.
